Let the Wind Carry Me

I was approached by singer-songwriter Larry Mindel to create a music video for his single ‘Let the Wind Carry Me’ - a song loosely based on Larry’s own family history*. I was given almost free rein with how I chose to tell the story - keeping in regular contact with Larry to ensure he was happy. The entire film was illustrated and then hand cut out of black paper, before being digitally animated.
