115 Broad St. (& others)

(2021)

A replica of an existing door (which I’ve walked past & admired for years), red onion (with chopping board) and vase all at 1:6 scale. The door panels were cut by hand, with furniture including plaster dragged cornices and a lathe-turned doorknob. The red onion was moulded and cast in resin before being hand painted and decorated with roots (individual rope fibres) and skin. The vase was also created on the lathe.
